Today Mrs. Rockwood taught class. We begin our unit on the Cold War. We used the powerpoint "Cold War Beginnings" to take guided notes and color a map. On the map we colored the democratic countries in Europe one color, the communist countries another color, labeled all the countries, and drew the Iron Curtain line. We also did a sorting activity using traits of the United States and the Soviet Union.
